The London International Festival of Exploratory Music (LIFEM) is a music festival established in 2009 that happens every year at the beginning of November in London, England, United Kingdom. It brings together musicians from across the world, in what the festival defines as exploratory music. Acts that have appeared at the festival include: Terry Riley (United States), Talvin Singh (England/India), George Brooks (USA), Wim Mertens (Belgium), Pascal Comelade (France), Gavin Bryars (UK), Hortus Musicus (Estonia), Tanya Tagaq (Canada), Andrew Poppy (UK), Lonely China Day (China), Les Yeux Noirs (France), Cukunft (Poland), DJ Scotch Egg (Japan), Svjata Vatra (Estonia), Benjamim Taubkin (Brazil), Nive Nielsen (Greenland), Jenni Roditi (UK), Lorcan Mac Mathuna (Ireland), Coletivo Radio Cipo (Brazil), Da Cruz (Brazil), Monster Ceilidh Band (UK), Midori Hirano (Japan) and Oorutaichi (オオルタイチ, Japan).

The dates for LIFEM in 2010 were : 3–7 November. The dates for LIFEM in 2011 were : 31 October - 6 November.
