Logan Owen (born March 25, 1995) is an American professional racing cyclist who rides for the Axeon Hagens Berman Cycling Team. He won 10 consecutive national championships in cyclocross and a stage of the 2015 Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah on the road.

Owen joined the Bissell Development Team, run by Axel Merckx, for the 2014 season. The team has since evolved to become Axeon Hagens Berman.

In 2016, Owen won the U23 Liège–Bastogne–Liège coming out of a long distance breakaway. Ultimately crossing the line alone.
