Lock Davidson (February 28, 1884 – September 1963) was a six-term mayor of Melbourne, Florida from 1936 to 1942.

He was born in Sedgwick, Kansas on February 28, 1884, the son of Charles Lock Davidson and May Louise Throckmorton Davidson.

He served as president and treasurer of Melbourne-Tillman Drainage District, and was manager of Melbourne Farms. He office was located in the Melbourne Arcade Building.

Although there are several versions of the story, one version credits Lock Davidson with the proposal to rename Tillman, Florida, Palm Bay.

The Lock Davidson Building used to occupy the southeast corner of U.S. 1 and New Haven Avenue.
