Bobby Liu Kam-Hing (simplified Chinese: 廖锦兴; traditional Chinese: 廖錦興) is a Hong Kong industrialist, entrepreneur, business executive and philanthropist. He has been awarded as Distinguish Student of the Year 1994, Plastics Industry Management Programme of Material Science Institute, School of Management, Sun Yat-sen University. Also, he is an alumnus of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, achieved diplomas of logistics, manufacturing processes, and Polymer and Plastics. In 2012, Mr. Liu graduated from EMBA programme in City University of Hong Kong

    • Business career

    His own business career started from 1990 by founding Milton Plastics in Hong Kong. In 2004, Milton founded KRAIBURG TPE China Co Ltd by joint venture with KRAIBURG TPE GmbH, supplying rubber flooring products. In 2007 his business has upgraded into Milton Group. All business has been restructured under Milton Holdings International Ltd., including engineering plastic materials business section and high-tech rubber flooring business section. In 2008, Mr. Liu invested in the TPE factory in Malaysia - KRAIBURG TPE Technology (M) SDN. BHD. Headquartered in Hong Kong, Milton Group has 8 branches in Mainland China, building up a strong supply chain. Together with its own technical team, Milton is a pioneering supplier offering a total solution to customers. Mr. Liu's business philosophy leads his corporation to provide added value to customers. Expansive product range and extensive project management experience allow Milton Holdings to offer a total solution, encompassing technical advisory and support services at every stage of a project.

    Social Participation

    apart from promoting the development of plastic industry, Bobby Liu also participates actively in the main associations, such as Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong Plastic Material Suppliers Association, Hong Kong Auto Parts Industry Association, Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Plastics Technology Center. Milton Holdings International Ltd. has worked with Hong Kong Productivity Council in various different projects, including the compiling of the "Injection Molding of the Thermoplastics Handbook" and the "Injection Molding Processing Data". In 2008, Milton complied its own "Thermoplastics Technical Handbook".
    Since 2005, Mr. Liu has been frequently invited to a variety of professional institutions, plastic industry forums and universities as a guest speaker to share his views and experiences in plastic industry and to share the latest market information and technology development with the insider of plastic industry, having been invited by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, The Open University of Hong Kong, The University of Hong Kong, Vocational Training Council, among others. In 2007, he was invited by Metro Radio to have an interview during a financial program.

    Sharing and giving back to society has always been the main aspiration of Mr. Liu. Leading by his philosophy on Corporate Social Responsibility, Milton team shares advice with teenagers both in Hong Kong and Mainland China while ensuring the company gains profit.

  • Participate in activities of Caring For Children Foundation every year since 2006.
  • Set up 「Milton Group - Scholarship」in six universities in Mainland China. They are: Guangdong University of Technology, Shanghai University, East China University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Qingdao University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology. The consistent scholarship programs include arranging regular seminars and providing job opportunities to credited fresh graduates.
