"Little Queen of Spades" is a Blues song written and recorded by the American Blues artist Robert Johnson. The guitarist recorded the song on June 20, 1937 in San Antonio, Texas. The track of two minute and eleven second duration was released in 1938 by Vocalion Records (No. 04108). It later appeared on various compilation albums including The Complete Recordings.

Althoug the song has been covered by various artists including Ian A. Anderson, Mike Hooper and Nick Garrie; the British rock musician Eric Clapton made the song hugely successful and brought the song to a much wider international audience as he played it around the world since the 1970s for live performances and recorded the song for Me and Mr. Johnson, Sessions for Robert J, Crossroads Guitar Festival 2007, Planes, Trains and Eric and Live in San Diego.
