The division became inactive before the acquisition of Capital Cities/ABC by Disney, but its library was brought into Disney through the acquisition. In 2003, Buena Vista Home Entertainment licensed most of the ABC theatrical titles out to MGM for home entertainment distribution.
  • ABC Circle Films / ABC Productions: A division of ABC, Inc. that produced both film and television series for ABC. Upon the acquisition by Disney, ABC Circle Films and its library were absorbed into ABC Studios (at the time, Touchstone Television).
