This list includes Polish supercentenarians (people from Poland who have attained the age of at least 110 years). As of 20 September 2017, there is one living supercentenarian in Poland. The verified oldest person ever in Poland is Aleksandra Dranka of Harklowa who died on 29 April 2014 at age 110 years, 208 days.

There have been 14 verified emigrant supercentenarians born in present-day Poland, of whom the oldest is Augusta Holtz (1871-1986) who was born in the former German city of Czarnikau (Czarnków) and later emigrated in the USA where she lived to the age of 115 years, 79 days. The second-oldest, Yisrael Kristal, was the oldest living man from 2016 until his death in 2017.
