Lisa McInerney (born 1981) is an Irish short story writer, blogger, and novelist. Her debut novel, The Glorious Heresies, was published in April 2015 and won the Baileys Women's Prize for Fiction and the Desmond Elliott Prize in 2016. A television series adaption of the novel is to be developed by production company Fifty Fathoms, directed and executively produced by Julian Farino.
