Liotyphlops beui is a species of nonvenomous snake in the Anomalepididae family. The species is endemic to Brazil, where it is common.

Etymology

The specific name, beui, is in honor of "T. Bue" who collected the type specimen.

Geographic range

L. beui is found in the Brazilian states of Espírito Santo, Goiás, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul, and São Paulo.

Type locality: Butantan, São Paulo, Brazil.
