Linda Dotson Wooley was born in Richmond Kentucky , in 1954 and is the widow of the actor and country singer Sheb Wooley. They married in 1985. She had one daughter Shauna at the time of their marriage.

Linda was Sheb Wooley’s manager and presently is the CEO of her own management agency: Dotson-Wooley Entertainment Group.
Public Life
Linda features in “The Woman Who Can’t Watch Movies”, a documentary produced by Canal+ telling the story behind Wilhelm Scream, a scream performed by Sheb in one of his movies and that has become one of the movies industry most used sound effects, featured in more than 200 movies. The documentary was shot at the couple’s house.
