The Quebec Elite Soccer League (French: Ligue de Soccer Élite Quebec in French) is the top provincial league in Quebec. It operates a number of youth and gender specific divisions.

The senior men's division is composed of a 1st Division and 2nd Division, each with 10 teams. There is promotion and relegation between division 1 and 2, between division 2 and regional AA leagues.
History
The LSEQ was created in 1992. Prior to this, the junior and senior leagues where spread out over LMSJQ, LMSSQ and LNSQ.

En conséquence, Rouyn-Noranda monte directement en D2.
