Leonid Yakovlevich Gozman (13 July 1950, Leningrad) is a Russian politician and president of the all-Russian public movement Union of Right Forces.

Early life
He was born on 13 July 1950 in Leningrad. In 1976 he graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University, with a PhD. Since 1976 he has taught at Moscow State University.
Position during the Ukrainian crisis
In September 2014 he signed a statement to "Stop the aggressive adventure: To withdraw from the territory of Ukraine, Russian troops and stop the propaganda, financial and military support to the separatists in the South-East of Ukraine."
