Leonardo Pareja, also known as Leo Pareja (born on June 18, 1982), is a Latin American top producing real estate agent and team leader of the Leo Pareja Team with Keller Williams based out of the Washington D.C. area. Pareja was awarded #1 Keller Williams Realty Agent in units sold nationwide 2010. He was also named #5 in the Wall Street Journal top 1,000 real estate teams in 2011 and Top Latino Real Estate Agent in 2013 by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. Additionally, he was featured in the June 2011 issue as Top 30 under 30 in Realtor Magazine. Pareja has also been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Fox Five News and other real estate related blogs and publications.

Leo Pareja is currently on the board of directors for Homestrech and is the founding president of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional's Washington DC Chapter.

Family and early life
Pareja came to the United States in 1994 with Colombian born parents Reynaldo and Patricia Pareja and younger brother Andres Pareja. The family resided in Vienna,VA. Leo attended Madison High school and then graduated from George Mason University. He consulted with several mentors and acquired his real estate license. Leo, who was only 19 years of age, went to work for an investor who had just purchased a Keller Williams Realty franchise. He helped launch the franchise and handled day-to-day chores in his real estate investment company.
Breakthrough (2002-2006)
The Real Estate boom from 2002-2006 allowed Leo to have a very success traditional practice and he began his ranking as a top producer in his market. During that time he tried his hand at being a Principal Broker, rehabbing real estate, and even developing and built a minor subdivision in addition to his sales practice. In 2006 he was made an offer to go grow a Real Estate division of a large holding company that owned accounting, mortgage and title services. Inside of six months Leo grew the one person Real Estate Division into multiple service locations throughout the Metro D.C. area.
2006-present
With the changing market of the mortgage and real estate meltdown which began in 2007, Leo returned to Keller Williams to focus on building his sales business by aggressively obtaining short sale and REO listings. Leo quickly learned the in’s and out’s of the default world and is now currently one of the largest volume brokers in his market and is recognized nationally as an industry expert and is routinely a featured speaker at The Five Star Default Servicing Conference and Expo and Keller Williams National conferences. In addition to his sales business, Leo is a National Instructor for VRM University who from coast to coast delivers sound and creative strategies for disposing of bank owned properties, certifying real estate professionals as “REO Specialists”.

Leo Pareja married his wife Ariana Urdu, owner of Modny Events on August 7, 2010 in Alexandria,VA. Leo and his wife Ariana Urdu-Pareja are active mentors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. They both now reside in Arlington,VA
