Witt Orison Guise (September 18, 1908 – August 13, 1968), nicknamed Lefty Guise, was a professional baseball player. He was a left-handed pitcher for one season (1940) with the Cincinnati Reds. For his career, he did not record a decision, with a 1.17 earned run average, and one strikeout in 7⅔ innings pitched.
