Lee Paterson (born 5 July 1981, in Castleford) is an English born professional rugby league footballer from the 2000s, and 2010s, who played at representative level for Scotland, and at club level for Keighley, York City Knights, the Rochdale Hornets, Batley, Carpentras XIII, Widnes, and Halifax, as a wing, Centre, Stand-off, or Loose forward.

Paterson won caps for Scotland while at Batley, and Widnes.

Paterson was named in the Scotland squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.

Note

Somewhat confusingly, there was a professional rugby league Wing/Centre named Lee Patterson, playing at club level for St. Helens, Chorley Lynx, Swinton, York City Knights, Rochdale Hornets and Halifax, playing during the same period.
