LearnSocial is the brainchild of Raju Vanapala, Founder and CEO at Way2Online Interactive India Pvt. Ltd and Way2Digital Pvt. Ltd. He founded LearnSocial under the Way2Digital brand and has established it in 2013. He is also the founder of Way2sms.com an SMS portal.
Serial entrepreneurs of LearnSocial noticed a wide gap in the skill set needed by the industry to the skill set available with the workforce. It was realized that a lot of people are losing out on opportunities as they were not up to the current standards when it comes to industry skills, and saw a niche that could be filled in. Quality training with a high ease of access were the pillars on which the service was launched. According to the founder, they aim to disrupt and bring new age innovation to the education and learning sector by providing access to latest and in-demand skills at competitive prices.

LearnSocial launched their online education service with Instructor led online live classes and the service model now has two distinct models, each with its own appeal and flair.
Instructor Led Online Live Classes LearnSocial offers live online classes with highly curated content, curriculum and instructors. It works on an open marketplace principle and anybody from anywhere with a transferable skill can host these. Anyone who wants to teach such a course submits their course content and demo video to the quality review team. Once approved, the course goes live for anyone to take.
Self-Paced These are recorded video sessions. A learner can access videos any time he/she wants once they enroll into the class. There are a wide variety of courses in this category ranging from cooking, art and music to SAP, Photoshop, Ethical Hacking and more. The courses are sourced from renowned content partners from all over the world.
