The Leaning Juniper Wind Project is an electricity generating wind farm facility located in Gilliam County, Oregon, United States with a total generating capacity of 302.3 megawatts. It is owned by PacifiCorp and began operations in 2006. The facility became operational in phase 1 generating a capacity of 101 megawatts. Phase 2a and 2b were later added in 2011 containing 90.3 and 111.0 megawatts respectively. The Jones Canyon Substation was built as part of this project and to support other wind projects in the area.
