Contents
The farm includes more than 100 acres (40 ha) of land, of which 46 acres (19 ha) on the west side of Marlborough Road form its historic core. The foundations of an older barn, which was historically attached to the house, remain. The farm was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
