Before WPTV, LaPonzina worked at WOFL in Orlando, WSTM-TV in Syracuse, New York, and WHAG-TV in Hagerstown, Maryland. Some of her career highlights are riding along in a Presidential motorcade, covering the Caylee Anthony case for Fox News Channel, helping Floridians through several hurricanes and tornadoes, and sitting down with the legendary Bill Cosby for a one-on-one interview.
