Mark Anthony attended the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics, for Judo, but was eliminated in the first round. The LYA (Lara Youth Agency) began in 2009, it is a committee of students and teachers which organise events outside of school, the first of these events was the Lara Youth Day on November 9, 2009.
