Lance Cameron Gunn (born January 9, 1970) is a former American football defensive back who played one season with the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the seventh round of the 1993 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Texas at Austin and attended North Shore Senior High School in Cloverleaf, Texas. Gunn was also a member of the Frankfurt Galaxy of the World League of American Football.
