Lalruatthara (7 January 1995) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Aizawl in the I-League.

Early career
Lalruatthara was born in Mizoram. His career began in 2010 with Chandigarh Football Academy. He has won Subroto Cup with Mizoram in U17 category.
Luangmual FC
After winning Santosh Trophy with Mizoram, Lalruatthara earned his first professional contract with I-League 2nd Division club Luangmual.
Chanmari FC
Lalruatthara joined Chanmari in 2013. On 2 April 2013, he signed another professional contract, agreeing to a two-year deal.
Aizawl FC
Lalruatthara signed for newly promoted I-League side, Aizawl, from Chanmari before the 2015–16 season. He made his professional debut for the side on 9 January 2016 against Mohun Bagan. He played the full match and earned a yellow card as Aizawl lost 3–1.
Delhi Dynamos (loan)
On 11 August 2016, Delhi Dynamos has announced that Lalruatthara is signed with them on loan from Aizawl FC.
