History

Lakeville Motor Express was founded in 1921 by Vincent Wren. The company began with Mr. Wren collecting milk from small dairy farms dotting the landscape around the suburban community of Lakeville, Minnesota, Vincent would deliver the fresh milk to the Franklin Creamery in Minneapolis. On the return trip he would bring back groceries and farm supplies. In 1979, Lakeville Motor Express moved the main terminal and headquarters to Roseville, Minnesota. Lakeville Motor Express Permanently ceased all operations November 19th, 2016.
