Léon "Trouet" Motombo Mokuna (born 1 June 1935) is a former Congolese footballer who played for Sporting CP, KAA Gent and SV Waregem. He was the first African footballer in the Belgian competition. He played two games for a Belgian national 'A' selection in 1959.

Biography
Mokuna went to school in Leopoldville at the CICM Missionaries. When the city was visited by Beerschot and Sporting CP, matches were organised between the teams and a little team of Leopoldsville. Mokuna scored 4 goals against Beershot and 2 against Sporting. After playing for AS Vita Club, he joined Sporting in 1954. In 1957, he was transferred to KAA Gent. From 1961 to 1966, he played at SV Waregem. He was the top scorer in 1959 and 1960 in Belgian Competition. After his Belgian soccer career, he returned to the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he became national head coach from 1968 to 1970.
Trivia
He got his nickname "Trouet" (little whole) as he once shot a ball right through the net.
