Ulrich Kévin Mayi (born 14 January 1993) is a French football player who plays for NEC in the Dutch Eredivisie. He plays as an attacking midfielder and is a France youth international having represented his nation at under-19 level.

Career
Mayi made his professional debut on 7 May 2012 in a league match against Marseille appearing as a substitute.
In August 2014, he joined Gazélec Ajaccio, newly promoted to Ligue 2, on a season-long contract.
In July 2016, Mayi signed with Eredivisie side NEC.
