It is also the only ticketing company in the subcontinent to have ticketed a major international event – the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, all forms of international cricket (ODI, Tests, T20s), several domestic cricket leagues and matches and Olympic style multiple sporting events and venues. Founders
Neetu Bhatia is the co-founder, chairman and CEO of Kyazoonga. Akash Bhatia, her brother, is also a co-founder of Kyazoonga. A software engineer turned entrepreneur, Akash conceived the original idea of Kyazoonga during one of his visits back home to India. Arpita Majumder is another co-founder of Kyazoonga. Arpita holds an M.S degree in Engineering and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

ITKTS Interactive Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Kyazoonga.com) is engaged in providing online ticketing services. It provides its services through online, retail, social, mobile and box-office distribution channels.
Funding
Company's partners include sports franchises, concert promoters and event organisers. Kyazoonga is backed by a $18 billion New York based hedge fund that has multiple investments in e-media companies.
Rebranding
On March 26, 2014, Kyazoonga.com rebranded itself from just a sports ticketing brand to a sports and entertainment online ticketing company. They unveiled a list of inventory that they planned to include to broaden their scope of work.
