Kuryłówka [kurɨˈwufka] (Ukrainian: Курилівка, Kurylivka) is a village in Leżajsk County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kuryłówka. It lies on the navigable San River, approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-east of Leżajsk and 44 km (27 mi) north-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The village has a population of 1,674. It was the site of anti-communist resistance after World War II (see: Battle of Kurylowka). In 2007 it was damaged by a waterspout.
