Kumar Properties Group Founded by Mr. K.H. Oswal on 15 August 1966, initially catered to the rental segment. The in the 1970s it made a foray in construction of branded apartments. The era of 1980’s saw the brand graduating to construction of high-rise buildings and bungalow projects. That was followed by undertaking pioneering luxurious, mega complexes in the decade of 1990’s.
