Kulice [kuˈlit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogard, within Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Nowogard, 28 km (17 mi) north-east of Goleniów, and 49 km (30 mi) north-east of the regional capital Szczecin.

The village, known as Külz until 1945, contains a manor-house which belonged to the family of German statesman Otto von Bismarck. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration by the Potsdam Agreement under territorial changes demanded by the Soviet Union. Most Germans fled or were expelled and were replaced with Poles expelled from the Polish areas annexed by the Soviet Union.
In 1994/95 the manor-house was refurbished by the European Academy Külz-Kulice Foundation, which was founded by Philipp von Bismarck. In 2002 the University of Szczecin acquired the manor-house gratuitously and established a conference centre in cooperation with Bismarck's European Academy. The University revoked the cooperation in 2012 and ceased the project.
