Krzeszów Górny [ˈkʂɛʂuf ˈɡurnɨ] (Ukrainian: Крешів Горішній, Kreshiv Horishnii) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Harasiuki, within Nisko County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south-west of Harasiuki, 23 km (14 mi) south-east of Nisko, and 51 km (32 mi) north-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.
