Kotaro Suzumura (鈴村 興太郎, Suzumura Kōtarō, born 7 January 1944, in Tokoname, Aichi, Japan) is a Japanese economist and professor emeritus of Hitotsubashi University. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University in 1966. His research interests have included social choice theory and welfare economics.He was also a Fellow of the Econometric Society.
