Culture
Vedas are recognized as the oral heritage by the UNESCO and are taught at Veda Patasala in the village, established by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams Maha Sivaratri every year and more than 7 lakh people throng this temple. This is called Kotayya thirunalla or Kotappakonda thirunalla.
