Kosta Bold (Kostandinos) is an American abstract artist, hand letterer, illustrator, and graphic designer. He is best known for his Bold Brush Script, cycling art, dog art, and abstract paintings. He is currently based in Macomb Township, Michigan.

Background

Kosta was born in 1977 in Detroit, Michigan.

In 1995, Kosta graduated from Lamphere High School in Madison Heights, Michigan. In 2004, Kosta graduated from Oakland Community College with an associate degree in Liberal Arts; in 2006, he graduated from Macomb Community College with associate degrees in Art for Advertising and Digital Design and Layout.

Studio

Kosta Bold is a Detroit-based graphic designer, illustrator, and artist. His studio (Finnllow) is named after his two dogs, Finnegan (American Brittany) and Willow (Long Haired Weimaraner). Finnegan + Willow = Finnllow. Finnegan was named after the dog on Mr. Dressup.
