Kossuth is a town in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 2,033 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Rockwood is located in the town.

Demographics
As of the census of 2000, there were 2,033 people, 752 households, and 578 families residing in the town. The population density was 52.5 people per square mile (20.3/km²). There were 795 housing units at an average density of 20.5 per square mile (7.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 98.77% White, 0.30% Native American, 0.15% Asian, and 0.79% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.15% of the population.
There were 752 households out of which 34.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.6% were married couples living together, 3.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families. 19.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.70 and the average family size was 3.12.
