no exception rule applied to koror jail policies
Koror Jail is a correctional facility located in the Republic of Palau. It is the only facility of its kind in Palau, and it is located on the island of Koror in a governmental center between buildings that house federal offices and the Palau National Congress. The 17,000 square feet (1,600 m2) jail consists of two structures built in the 1970s and a third constructed in the 1990s, and it is surrounded by an eight-foot wire mesh fence and an eight-foot concrete wall; a wall from the neighboring Ministry of Justice building also serves as a jail barrier.
