Korakkar (Tamil: கோரக்கர், Devanagari: गोरख्खर्) is one of the 18 Siddhars, the celebrated yogis of South Indian Hinduism. He wrote verse texts on primarily Siddha medicine. He was a student of the Siddhars Agathiar and Bogar, and mentioned various times in the works of Bogar.

He is also been identified with Gorakshanath (from early 11th century), founder of Nath, an early Yoga movement.
His works include Malai Vaakadam, Korakkar Vaippu, Kaalamegam, Marali Varadham, Nilaiyodukam, and many more.
He is noted to be one of the earliest to use Cannabis for medical purposes. The Ganja plant is also known in Tamil as Korakkar Mooli, meaning Korakkar's herb. The cave of Korakkar where he stayed for a long time is located in Sathuragiri, a village in Tamil Nadu. He attained jeeva samathi at place called Vadukupoigainallur ( வடக்குபொய்கை நல்லூர் , நாகப்பட்டினம் மாவட்டம் ) of Nagapattinam district of Tamilnadu.
