Kostas Galanopoulos (Greek: Κώστας Γαλανόπουλος) (born 28 December 1997 in Athens, Greece) is a Greek footballer who plays for AEK Athens in the Supereleague, as a defensive midfielder.

Club Career

Galanopoulos started his career from Kentavros Vrillision at a young age. In 2011 he moved at AEK academies and on 21th August 2015 he signed a professional contract for three next years. On 31 May 2016, he made his professional debut, with AEK, against Panionios FC, for Superleague Playoffs. On 28 July 2016, he made his European debut in a 0-0 away game against AS Saint-Étienne for the first leg of the third qualifying round of UEFA Europa League. On 10 December 2016, he netted his first goal with the club in a 4-0 home win against Levadiakos. He was named MVP of the match.

International Career

He has played for Greece U-19.
