Konagaluru is a small Village/hamlet in Podalakur Mandal in Spsr Nellore District of Andhra Pradesh State, India. It comes under Duggunta Panchayath. It belongs to Andhra region . It is located 42 km towards west from District headquarters Nellore. 12 km from Podalakur. 330 km from State Capital Amaravati. Konagaluru Pin code is 524409 and postal office is located in Duggunta, Kalichedu is Sub Postal office .

Lord Sri Vinayaka Temple

It's quite surprise to know that there were no temples in the village till 2009.The earliest stage villagers found lord Shiva Parvati, Ganesha and Nandi idol stone statues in the place called nandibillu of the same village.The Cast adults decided to build "Sri Rama" temple, due to lake of villagers support it was not happen.Later in 1980's a teacher named Sri.'Prakasam Pantulu' has come up with Initial idea to build Lord Vinayaka temple in the village and requested Sri. Chirumavilla Satyanarayana garu, Peta Chenchaiah garu and others, unfortunately Sri. Prakasam had passed away before his wish come true. With the help of all villagers speedup temple activities by sri. Neelakantama Naidu Garu,YanadhiReddy Garu and Dhanamaiah Garu in 2009. Devotees Enshrine the idol by worshiping.

On the Occation of Ganesh Chaturthi day the temple will be decorated with fruits & flowers and devotees worships the God, after dharshan Maha Naivedyam will be offered to all devotes . A Ganesh idol will be taken into the village for ustsav, each and all villager will pride the god for their wishes.Finally the Clay idol will be taken to near by kandaledu vagu for Immersion.
