Konagai Station (小長井駅, Konagai-eki) is a railway station in Isahaya, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by JR Kyushu and is on the Nagasaki Main Line.

Konagai Station has one island platform and two tracks. The station building and the platform are connected by a footbridge. It is an unmanned station with a ticket machine.
