Kościelniki Średnie [kɔɕt͡ɕɛlˈniki ˈɕrɛdɲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Leśna, within Lubań County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
