Knotice is a privately held company founded in 2003 by CEO Brian Deagan and CTO Bill Landers. Knotice received funding from venture capital investor Jumpstart, Inc. in 2006. Knotice released the Concentri platform in 2006 and the company has since grown quickly. March 19, 2014, Knotice was acquired by digital marketing giant IgnitionOne.
