Klick2Contact EU Ltd (K2C) is a United Kingdom based provider of cloud based Live Help services for e-commerce websites. The company was founded in 2010. It is a telecommunication company which offers a portfolio of collaboration tools, including Klick2Call Back, Klick2Chat, and Klick2Video for the e-commerce landscape.

In July 2016, Klick2Contact was purchased by the contact centre secure payment and customer engagement specialist Eckoh Plc. Klick2Contact continues to operate under its brand name and describes itself as an Eckoh company.

History

Klick2Contact was formed in 2011 and is run by experienced telecommunications, web experts, programmers, software development experts and retail market consultants to provide website owners and e-tailers across the Globe with a range of business enhancing services that allows companies to interact in real time with their customers while they are on their website. Klick2Contact's first round of financing was from Central European venture capital firm, Credo Ventures. In 2015 Klick2Contact partnered with Transversal, it would be providing knowledge solutions for the cloud to Klick2Contact. Since then K2C have developed their own Knowledge Base solution/
