Kivivalvur Ropka (Estonian for "Ropka the Guardian of Rocks") is a character from Nõiakivi (Estonian for "Witch's Rock"), a children's TV drama by Heljo Mänd. Ropka is either an employee or henchman of Kivinõid (Estonian for "Witch of Rocks"), and his primary task is to be on a permanent lookout for any rock eaters that might become interested about his master's rocks and stones.

The character's name has caught some unintended fame when it was discovered that a Chicago burglar had assumed it as his fake identity.

Upon his 2007 arrest, the burglar had identified himself as Ahto Nurk, which is a reasonably typical Estonian male name. However, an AFIS search identified him as a man arrested in 2002 in San Francisco, and registered under the name of Ropka Kivivalvur. Due to the mismatch, he was also charged with and convicted of misidentification.
