Kirari to Fuyu (きらりと冬, "Winter with Kirari") is Koharu Kusumi's third album as "Kirari Tsukishima starring Koharu Kusumi (Morning Musume)" (月島きらり starring 久住小春(モーニング娘。)). The album was released on December 17, 2008 in both limited (EPCE-5606) and regular (EPCE-5608) editions. The limited edition came with a bonus DVD and a card. The first press of the regular edition came with a sticker.
The album also features Kirarin Revolution group MilkyWay (of which Koharu is the lead singer).
