It was founded in 2009 by Lee Jin-sung, then an employee of IHQ Inc. Kim Bum was the company's first artist.
In 2015, the company was acquired by Starship Entertainment, a subsidiary of LOEN Entertainment (South Korea's biggest music distribution company).
