Personal life

Kim McCarty Miss Moss Kim McCarty

McCarty began working with the watercolor medium in 1993 after her studio was destroyed by a fire. She could no longer find a space with proper ventilation for working with oil paint. She works in a wet-on-wet technique, normally associated with oil painting, in which the paint is applied to a moistened sheet of paper.
