    Sport

Arnold Town FC used to play on King George's Field, Gedling Road, Killisick. The land for the field had been donated in 1950 by Home Brewery Company Ltd to form a permanent memorial to King George V and to provide guaranteed free public access for recreation in perpetuity. The Charity Commission held an enquiry that closed in December 2005 into restricted public access. Consequently, Arnold Town F.C. no longer play on King George's Field – they are now located at Eagle Valley, Oxton Road, near Calverton.

Football is also played at Killisick Recreation Ground, where there is a play area and tarmac pitch. A funfair is held on the ground every year.
