Premise

A man in an orange "afro puff" wig is filmed as he kicks alleged strangers in the groin.

After being informed that they are on "Kicked in the Nuts" the actors portraying the victims pretend to recognize the show and act elated at the fact that they will appear on television, generally shaking the hand of the wigged assailant.

The Kicked in the Nuts prankster was featured in the Family Guy episode "The Cleveland-Loretta Quagmire," written by Mike and Patrick. Peter Griffin is the victim of a prank by the Kicked in the Nuts guy. One of the later episodes featured a live-action segment with Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane "receiving the honor". He also appeared in the DVD release of the episode "Lois Kills Stewie" during Stewie's performance of a variation of Gilbert and Sullivan's "Little List" which was cut from the television broadcast for air-time.
