Lady Sun - Khorshid Khanom - is a character in many artistic and cultural practices and settings. Sun, was the symbol of an aperture which divine light was flowing through it on earth. The sun with face of a beautiful Iranian lady with big captivating eyes and unibrows, probably as a symbol for beauty of goddess. Her image can be found in paintings, fabric printing, embossed metal, mirrors, crockeries, ceramics and much more.
