Khawa Karpo Tibet Culture Centre Charitable Trust is a non-profit organization that was founded on 16 April 2009. The organization is based in Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh, India.

Mr. Serta Tsultrim who is the Executive Director of the organization is also the key founder of the group. He is also a member of Tibetan parliament in-exile.
The organization publishes books and weekly newsletter for Tibetan community in exile.
Goals and Activities
The organization works to protect human rights of fellow Tibetans inside Tibet and strengthen the democratic establishment of Central Tibetan Administration in-exile.
It tries to achieve these goals by publishing books and weekly newsletter on Tibetan language, culture, religion, human rights and democratic values. Besides that it also actively maintains a tri-lingual news website in Mandarin, Tibetan and English languages respectively.
Books published in their chronological order
1) The book titled 'A Chinese scholar's discussion on Tibet’ which was originally written in Mandarin and later translated into Tibetan language by Bawa Kalsang Gyaltsen.
2) Pashul Serta Lorgue: History of Pashul Serta county. The book is written by Serta Tsultrim, who is also the Executive Director of our organization and as well as Editor-in-
Chief of our weekly newspaper; The Tibet Express.
3) ‘Nag-Tsang-Shilue-Kyidhug’. This book tells the firsthand account of the sufferings of Tibetans which they endured during the cultural revolution period. This book became
very popular not only among Tibetans but also among foreigners who can read Tibetan language. The author of the book is Nag-Tsang Nuedhen Lobsang.
4) Bawa Yeshe Gawa’s ‘The history of Batang Place’. A legendary place in eastern Tibet that borders with China. Yeshi Gawa is the author of this book.
5) The glowing legacy: A brief history of Chosje Khenchen Jigmey Phuntsok and Serta La-rung Buddhist Institute’, by Serta Tsultrim, who is also the Executive Director of our
organization and as well as Editor-in-Chief of our weekly newspaper; The Tibet Express. The late Khenpo Jigme Phuntsok was the most influential lama of the Nyingma
tradition of Tibetan Buddhism in contemporary Tibet and in a way was the leading figure responsible for reviving Buddhism in Tibet after the cultural revolution era during
which hundreds of monasteries were ransacked and destroyed.
6) Su-Cha-Hong’s ‘Democracy in Exile’ in Chinese, translated by Shadong Tashi Gyatso into Tibetan version. This book tells about the evolvement of democracy in exile under
the guidance of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama.
7) New English-Tibetan-Chinese vocabulary: This new Tibetan vocabulary book was authored by Khenchen Tsultrim Lodro along with many other Tibetan scholars.
8) Khenpo Tsultrim Lodro's Sungbum: This important work on Tibetan Buddhism is a collected work of Khenpo Tsultrim Lodoe, one of the heart disciples of late Khenchen
Jigmey Phuntsok.
9) Mi Na Ngotro: A brief introduction of some important people during the time of the 13th Dalai Lama. It is written by Narkyid Ngawang Dhondup.
10) Due Thok Charpa: The book reminds monastic institutions of the importance of taking care of proper Buddhist education. Khenpo Tsultrim Lodro has authored this book.
11) Bawa Phuntsok Wangyal's " Rang Gyal Gi Mirig Nedhon Dang Mirig Ledhon Kor Ki Chirtok". With the author's permission, his work has been re-edited and then re-printed
here in India. The book is written in Tibetan language and the title of the book can be roughly translated into English as, 'Reflections on China's Ethnic and Nationality
Issues’. Note: English translation of this book is currently in progress.
12) Milam Karpo: This spiritual poetry book is written by Wangto Tulku Thupten Norbu. The book's title can be loosely translated as, 'Auspicious Dream'.
